  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, such as earrings and other jewelry. Custom-made or personalized items are also not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
